* <u> Either your party is among the Top 5 Political Parties, in terms of number of members </u> (this might happen when it's a small country, with fewer citizens).
* <u> Or you must have, at least, 10 members in your party. </u>

If you win the Presidential Elections, as a President, you'll be able to choose your governement.
